The Cement Masons – Employers Pension Plan is a defined benefit pension plan that effective 1/1/2019 includes a Sustainable Income Pension (SIP) benefit formula for benefits earned 1/1/2019 and after. Participants of this Plan are required to become vested to be eligible for a benefit. In general, vesting now requires three (3) Credited Years without a break-in-service.

Vesting moved from five credited years to three credited years effective with contributions in 1/1/2019 and after. The requirement for a Credited Year is 480 hours in a calendar year. Please see the SIP brochure link on this page for more information.
