Our Staff collectively has more than 150 years of experience in the administration of Construction Union Employee Benefits.
Trudy Horn – Trudy is the Presdent and Administrator and has 39 years of experience in this industry. She opened the office in 1994.
Kirt Haneberg – Kirt joined our firm in 1999 and handles a variety of duties within the Company. He works closely with the Drug Testing and Apprenticeship Programs and oversees the accounting functions of the Company. He also manages our computer network and works with our IT vendors to keep our systems up and running.
Holly Dickinson – Holly has worked in this industry for 25+ years and with our company since its opening in 1994. She handles many different administrative functions dealing with eligibility and payment of benefits in the Administration Department. Holly works closely with the Cement Masons – Employers Trust Funds.
Becky Sands – Becky joined us in Early 2014. She has more than 20 years of experience working with multi-employer benefits. Becky works with the Northwest Bricklayers Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Plans and the Masonry Welfare Trust.
Sandy Linnell – Sandy joined or team in 2008 and handles the day-to-day operations of the Construction Industry DrugFree Workplace Program, as well as various accounting functions.
Tina Battaglia – Tina joined us in 2008 She has worked in the industry for 20+ years and works with the Masonry Welfare Trust in our Claims Department.
Joni Pokorny – Joni started working here September 2015 and provides support and assistance wherever she is needed in the office.
Tamara Misenhimer – Tammie came to work with us in early 2016. She has been working in the health insurance industry for over 15 years.
Janice Hawkins – Janice has worked in the accounting industry for 30+ years and works closely with the auditors, vendors and Unions to perform much of the day-to-day accounting activities for the office.
